It really doesn't matter because COVID is an opportunistic virus much like HIV. Deniers who claim COVID only killed 6% of the recorded victims are going to need to realize that by that same (lack of) logic...HIV never killed a single person.

Come on, the 1918 flu killed mostly young, healthy people. COVID has mostly killed very elderly/frail people who were on their way out already. With exceptions of course.

Well now Fauci is the voice of HHS, CDC and FDA it seems.
Any one of those agencies could easily have told people last year about getting healthy.
But none did.
And when the breakdown of deaths was presented it showed that 85% of those that died were overweight/obese.
That is a huge, scary number and government said NOTHING.

Government medical experts have called obesity an epidemic for as long as I can remember. Addressing it now is like telling people facing a hurricane that they should make more money so that they can reinforce the the framing of their house.

I say the same about people without the IQ to keep up with our complex world and hold down an engineering job but somehow people still cry about manufacturing jobs moving overseas. To each his own. You say the unhealthy deserve to die. I will agree with you if you own up to other weaknesses.
