Also, the "approved" shot isn't available. It can't be. As soon as it's made available, the EUAs for the others go away. The approved shot won't be available until the others are approved.
You can say they're the same thing, and that's fine if you want to do that, but there's a legal distinction between the two medicines for a reason. You can't choose to acknowledge that distinction for one reason and ignore it for another.
Legally, there are no FDA approved COVID19 shots available and there won't be until all three receive approval, because the people running our system are just that corrupt.
Per the links I've posted, the Pfizer vaccine is *APPROVED* for adults 16 and older. The trials are for a different age group. That doesn't make the approved vaccine experimental in the groups it has received approval for.
As a practical matter you should just get it and keep your job. As a legal matter it’s hard to say. The federal government does have the power to make employer regulations through OSHA. They require employers to offer certain vaccines but I don’t know of any requirement. We know that a local health department can require you to get a vaccine. We know the federal government can require you to buy health insurance. So, I think this could be supported under current case law. Maybe it will go to SCOTUS but by that time the issue might be moot.
Practical; just do it.

It occurred to me after listening to Belling a bit the reason the left don't like cops is because they don't want to be told what to do, but love telling others what to do. It's the weak wanting to step on the weaker and oppress them but not wanting to get stepped on themselves. That's why they want kids to mask up all day, because kids are weak and they like to boss anyone around who will sit around and take it and is not on their side. It's also why they never call out their own, and strut around at all their elitist events unmasked.
Do what they are doing in school boards around the country... get them booted out to get rid of the mask mandates, get conservatives on the board, and then take it one step further... if they are paid a salary, strip them of their salary, make it so they only make $100 per school board meeting, and only if they attend in person. No virtual. You'll get the lefties out of the school systems very quickly. Conservatives, become the ones who tell them what to do, instead of the ones being told to deal with it. I trust conservatives to run public schools much more than progressives. They have proven themselves psychologically unstable.
The vaccine has FDA approval. It's no longer experimental any more than all the other vaccines we require people to get as a condition of attending school and so on.
