Why don't you start a thread about the riots following the murder of George Floyd since you'd rather talk about that then the Trump instigated riot at the Capitol. By the way, I'm on record on this forum (you can look it up) as having condemned those riots and supporting serious jail time for anyone convicted of looting or involved in violent acts. But you think the Jan. 6 riot was a peaceful sightseeing tour tour. Right?

Yes, peacefully…and thats nothing compared to the summer of love folks racking up $1.5B+ and were responsible for deaths and injuries.
If it was so peaceful then why did they set up gallows to hang Pence. This was our vice president for gods sake. Like our government or not but no American in their right mind would ever do this. That alone is an insurrection against our government.

It's about Trump's supporters who obviously didn't know better. I'm not sure why they thought it was a good idea to storm our Capitol like that in order to stop the electoral count from taking place. Why do you think they did that.

It was a small group of supporters that as you said “didn’t know better”.

Outside, they were all standing around peacefully, as seen in videos and then rioted. Did they begin rioting because they were fired upon with flash grenades and stun grenades? Were they fired on because they were peacefully protesting, and Pelosi, et al, wanted them stirred up? As for the outside rioters, there too we aren't being told what side of the aisle the vast majority is on, and again, it's only implied that they are on the right by lefties and their media.
Yawn. Prove there was feces smeared on the walls .. proof other than from some anonymous source who is a pal of Schumer. Apparently no one else had noticed anything like that, and, it's unseen in the many videos and still pictures of the inside of the Capitol. Most likely that talking point is as false as the one of all of the rioters being right wing.
