Where I would agree with liberals is universal health care (total overhaul of our health system vis a vis UK or Canada style), green energy and EV transformation, upgraded infrastructure, higher taxes including wealth tax.
I would support upgraded education systems but I don't think liberals want that, they're happier with re-education centers to train compliant racists. I'm supportive of actual education in the basics of reading, writing, math, science, history, economics and music....oh and nutrition, we eat horribly as a nation.

You are assuming the "wimpy Republicans" want to fight back against the "perverse crazy Democrats" on the basis of implementing their policies.
You are also assuming they want to "get sh$t done" for American citizens.
I respectfully disagree with both assumptions.
IMHO...the political parties are fighting each other for control, power, & self enrichment...nothing more.
Politicians are all corrupt egomaniacs, & they ghosted/cancelled all of us about 200 years ago.
We are all living on a false premise that we matter to them, and that America matters to them.
Both political parties are funded by corporate interests.
That's the problem. I don't like the Dem's spending package either. It doesn't help the people who need it most. Period.
I live in a blue state which has been like living in a prison for almost 2 years. Just when our statewide mask mandate is suspended by the governor our municipal government initiates their own. I'm not a covid cultist or a greenie. I'd definitely vote Republican in the future if there were a candidate who embraced our similarities as human beings instead of constantly dividing us against each other. I'm sick of this whole s#it show. Probably a lot of people are.
