Secession made simpler (Congress, illegal, Kennedy, borders)

It has become obvious to nearly everyone that democrats and conservatives no longer share any core values and beliefs which normally bind people into one nation.

Liberals have drifted so far off the reservation that the democrat party is unrecognizable as the party of FDR, Truman, and Kennedy.

Now we have liberal embracing notion and policy that are diametically opposed to any rational thought and reason.

So far, dems have been very resistant to the notion of states seceding from the Union. However, instead of this notion being pressed by the red states, one should create an environment in which the blue states will be begging to leave the Union, thus achieving the goal of separation.

Democrats have created an environment which is intolerable to most rational people, thus the desire for secession. When the next conservative occupies the White House (hopefully with an accompanying Congress), policy should be made so offensive and intolerable to democrats that THEY WOULD WANT TO LEAVE THE UNION.

Let's take a page from the Texas playbook and advocate:

1. making abortion illegal
2. making pot illegal
3. make gay marriage illegal
4. classify BLM and ANTIFA as terrorist organizations
5. Make CRT illegal to teach in schools
6. reverse any "climate change" policies
7. Encourage widespread domestic energy production and creation of more refineries
8. Mandate all voting (except for the military) be made in person with an ID
9. Fire every deep state liberal from all federal organizations
10. Seal the borders
11. Deport every illegal
12. Build police forces and allow them to use military assets
13. Fire every woke, liberal member of the leadership in the US military
14. Increase military spending
15. Cut welfare, foodstamps, and section 8 housing


Perhaps if we make the US so unpleasant that liberals all want to leave, we may be able to achieve the goal of peaceful separation and let the libs live in their loony world without bothering the rest of us!

10th amendment is the pathway to secession without secession. But it will require unrecognizing the 16th amendment and going to constitutional money.

The 17th unrecognized would be important for states rights too but not strictly required as the previous 3.

Man, I don't know.
I live in one of those states who tried to leave a while back. I wasn't there, and all, but from what I have read the people who wanted us to stay just WUPPED OUR ASS!
If liberals read about the ass-whuppin' we took back in 1865, they may not be so willing to go down that road.

I am an American alongside every other citizen of this country, regardless of the political leaning. I can't think of anything more unpatriotic than trying to frustrate or anger fellow Americans to the point they would want to leave. We are all in this together.

Pot is illegal (federally) and never has been legal.

What you're proposing is really senseless. Why not just elect an administration that has some common sense and doesn't join the Democrats in the basement?
