It's the same justice system that gives McDoubles to one guy, and shoots another on the spot, no trial.
Lawyers are getting better at exploiting the loopholes. People with more means ($$) have access to better lawyers, and therefore the system is often biased to those with money, and against the poor. Sometimes it goes the other way, but not often.
It's not perfect, it has a lot of flaws, but still the best system in the world.
I'll say this much. Kyle may have had a big bail, but I do believe he was given the chance to let justice be served.
This is incorrect, and you know it. Tell it to all the blacks that served multi-year sentences for simple possession charges (and tell it to the whites too, I'm not ignoring them).
Are you seriously suggesting the Christmas parade attacker doesn't deserve jail time because Rittenhouse did no prison time? You're comparing a case of self defense against armed thugs vs a thug who ran over dozens and dozens of innocent, defenseless people, including women and children... Were those women and children somehow threatening the terrorist??? Very bizarre post on your part.
And look at the terrorist's massive criminal record, and how long he spent in prison.

Most incarcerated? 13% of the population and commits half of the murder.
