Many of the people in WV may need BBB but are too damn foolish to know any better beyond partisan views of "Democrats, bad. Republicans, good."

That said it seems Manchin is against BBB for his own selfish reasons. {snip}
No, he's listening to his people who say they do not want the damned bill passed. Only 32% in WV want the bill passed. Oh, but you, and Biden, and the Marxist dems look down your noses at the unwashed masses for disagreeing with your ideology, and think the people are just too stupid to know what's best for them?

A majority of those polled (52%) in West Virginia supported scrapping the Build Back Better bill, citing concerns of inflation and potential future tax increases. Only 32% is respondents supported passing the bill now.

Manchin should switch his party affiliation to an Independent and caucus’s with the Republicans.

Today’s Progressive Democrats have NOTHING in common with the people of West Virginia and honestly, most of America cuz Biden now has less than 29% of the Independent American voters supporting him and his agendas.

Had to laugh when Manchin pointed out he wasn't from the same part of the country as many Dems and he wasn't going to tolerate the bullying. He didn't mince words. LOL

Manchin: 'They can just beat the living crap out of people and think they’ll be submissive'

Manchin hearing from Coal unions.
They urge him to reconsider his support for BBB

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/polit...edgdhp&pc=U531

Now the real pressure begins. He will need those folks if he plans on staying in office.

Sounds like the people of WV are paying attention.

I hope he sticks to his guns and puts the future financial health of America first ahead of protecting one specific Union group or his own future political asperations.

Based on the cutting of financial outlook, once Manchin made his statement to FOX, you may be mistaken.

BBB was going to be a positive for the financial health of the nation.

In a Stunning Blow To Democracy, Legislation Decided By Majority Of Elected Representatives

Once again the Babylon Bee simply nails the Bernie/Cortez overreaction.

Just like they did when Trump beat Hillary in 2016 while everyone laughed and said he'd never win.
