Throughout history, there are good times (usually associated with great triumph, general prosperity, etc,) and then there are bad times (usually associated with famine, hunger, prolonged periods of struggle, strife and conflict, etc). Would you say that we are officially living in "bad times"?

I am doing fine as wine. Even with very bad Bush 2 and his failed wars and the even worse Obama i did the same james. Nothing has changed for me since 1999. It is gonna get much worse for many thanks to joe bro...
Right now, although it could be a whole lot worse, there really isn't much to celebrate. I would say moderately bad times with half the nation pushing hard for disastrous times.
