Do you know any leftists who think they are conservatives?
What is a leftist: a person whose believes include: open borders, communism, CRT, lockdowns...
Examples:
I know someone who I have met a 100 times on private parties. She said once, "I am pretty conservative". Probably she meant that she wanted to have a family, but otherwise a true believer of the above stuff as expressed on those parties many times.
Few years ago the RNC chair or some core organization came out in support of BLM, but then they went quiet about it. Ooops.
There are the RINOs.
Some people's dating app profile mentions "conservative", but they also say woke things.
Anyone who is called -- or self-identifies as -- a conservative with a modifier is not one. So a "moderate" Republican is a closet leftie. Anyone who calls any Republican "extreme" or "far-right" is a closet leftie. Anyone who says he is a "pragmatic" conservative is no conservative. Remember the "kinder, gentler nation" of George H. W. Bush? How conservative did he end up being?
It takes a lot of life experience and fortitude to buck the prevailing socialist worldview and steadfastly identify as a conservative against the sneering multitudes. So anyone who "leans conservative" or is "kind of conservative" is not there yet.

I know one that denies those things are happening because she'd have to realize shes been living a lie for the past few decades. Deep down she knows shes wrong.
Anyone who calls any Republican "extreme" or "far-right" is a closet leftie.
This either means that all Republicans are "extreme or far-right" and by definition there can't be anybody more to the right than the typical Republican.
Or you are denying that far-right or extremists Republicans don't exist and that all of you guys are like Goldilocks Republicans. You are "just right".
The reality is that all along the continuum on the right....the guy just to the left of them is a "closet lefty". And that guy on the right things the guy just to the left of him is a "closet leftie". And it goes on down the line........... And it is hilarious.
