Ukraine signed a agreement with both Russia and the United states. In exchange for them surrendering their nuclear weapons, both Russia and the US agreed to respect their national boundaries.
Obviously this deal has not been held up by the Russian side. To me it seems fair to return or replace the nuclear weapons that were taken.

Once these monkeys with grenades mentioned couple of days ago that that's their next plan, ( to develop the nuclear weapons,) Putin said "we've heard you."
Its funny how some posters:
Argued that Ukraine may have been developing nukes, thus justifying this-while ignoring the entire topic, that Ukraine HAD nukes, and gave them up.
Or argued that we need LESS nukes, while failing to apparently understand that by Russia attacking a country that had given up its nukes in exchange for guarantees......means that no one in their right mind will now EVER give up their nukes. Look how its worked for Ukraine.
