There is huge difference in "being" president and "acting" presidential. Putin enjoys having the same "empty chair" that Clint Eastwood used as a prop when describing Barack Obama.
The person you quoted didn’t run to be the leader of the United States. Any President should know what to say when asked a question. My concern is that he genuinely doesn’t know what to say or what to do, and that he is unsure of himself. I don’t want him to run from questions but answer them, the buck stops with him.
