There's no better word to use than failure when describing Joe Biden's 50 years in government. He's been on the wrong side of every issue his whole life. He started his career out as a segregationist who did not want his children to attend school in a "racial jungle". And in 2022, this is what liberals say is the best they have to offer to America? I have liberal friends in my personal life. When I have brought up Biden and his failings they really don't defend him. 39% are going to say he is doing great even though they know that is a lie.
