All the bill states is that you can't talk about anything sexual to children, who are not of the age of fully understanding the topic of discussion.

My property taxes go to Miami Beach. I definitely don't approve of the local public schools, some better public schools in Bal Harbor with the Jewish kids. The rest is a race to the bottom, I'll send mine to private where we don't have these inane discussions.
