Biden is a buffoon. I'd be surprised if the so called 'decisions' he made were even a quarter of his own and not whoever his handlers are. If it isn't the short leash he's being kept on then it's his blatantly ill-equipped mind that's impeding him from leading.

Not that it would make too much of a difference. With China and Russia closening ties to each other plus, with the threat of sanctions if they don't fall in line with the globalist and NATO conglomerations, India looking to pivot more towards Russia whom they've had positive relations with since the mid 50s after Stalin's death, you're looking at a dramatic shift in the arrangement of geo-economic dynamics as the United States is circumvented on the world stage, particularly with the petrodollar. China, India and Russia collectively make up 1/3rd of the world's human capital. It's not something Western countries or the United States can ignore.
