Abortion should not be legal anywhere in the United States after a fetus has a heartbeat.

Basically, abortion after six weeks of pregnancy should be banned.

I'd never really considered it in that way. I'll have to ponder that a bit.

This will cause fat, angry chicks to place further strain on the food supply.

This is likely BS. Why would the GOP do this in an election year they’ve got in the bag?

If this ***RUMOR*** turns out true, it would simply mean that each state can enact its own laws about abortion... as was done for the first 180 or so years of the United States.

One result of this, is to make it a lot tougher for liberals who want to control everything and everyone, to do that. To impose a uniform rule on all 50 states, they'd have to prove their point in 50 different legislative groups instead of just one.

Gee, that's too bad.

Women will now have to be very cognizant of the laws in their own states. And do their research before moving to another state. Some states are going to outlaw abortion even in cases of rape and incest. Some may outlaw certain forms of birth control. This will not be pretty.

How is this about liberals wanting to control everyone? How is allowing freedom to do something "controlling everyone"?

Maybe, IMO abortion should be a state matter, and Fed needs to stay out of it.

What is the GOP doing, exactly? I thought the Supreme Court was presiding over this decision?
