I don't expect a revocation of Roe v. Wade will bring abortion to an end. As long as it is legal in some states, there will always be an economic factor at work. Raising a child is a large investment in time and money; far more than a quick bus trip to a legal abortion state.
The First Amendment protects the right to free speech. Can you quote the part of the Constitution that protects the right to have an abortion?
The Fourteenth Amendment prohibits a state from depriving someone of liberty without due process of law. Taking away the right to make a decision whether to have an abortion during the first trimester of pregnancy violates that provision.

Only if you believe that the baby being aborted is NOT a human being, and is akin to fingernail clippings.
Nothing will happen to them because any and everyone can now leak digital records. It's become too easy. The leak is a big deal and my guess is that it was done to shake up the midterms. My guess is that one of the progressive justices did it. It is NOT a good look for the Justice Roberts. It looks like he has lost control of the court and it's now just another political football.
I agree the leak is a big deal. Very out of character for the Court. But it makes no sense to say it was done to shake up the midterms. The decision is due out in May or June anyway. They work on a schedule.
President Biden declared Tuesday that a woman’s right to have an abortion is “fundamental” and called on voters to elect more pro-abortion rights officials at the federal level in November so that Democrats can pass legislation protecting abortion rights.

the unborn child would have been deprived of both life and liberty. does that count for anything?
I can't read through this entire thread but I don't understand why anyone thinks this is a ban on abortion. Most states allow abortion up to a point. I have 30 days to return a dress I don't want and I make it work. If I had to abort a baby, I would just decide as quickly as I could. Many states have 15 weeks.
There is a trend to reduce the time to 6 weeks, and many women do not know they are pregnant by that time. One missed period is not always a sign of pregnancy and many women do not run on a regular schedule.

How many don't know by then? This is a genuine question.

She answered your question already. Many women are not regular so missing a period is not always an indicator of pregnancy.

Cite this fundamental right to end the life of another person. I'll wait.
