Democrats control House, Senate and Presidency. They blame Republicans for not doing anything about gun crimes.

The blood of 19 children and 2 adults is on THEIR hand, no? They claim to have the solution to the problem. Why have they done nothing?

Because Republicans are in bed with the gun lobbyists that would stop it and money is supreme in this country. Every single problem that persists in this climate is because politicians’ careers are dependent on them not getting fixed and okay with it because it won’t hit close to home. Could “tough on crime” politicians exist if there’s no crime? Out of all these school shootings how many of the children are the children of politicians? That’s why it won’t get fixed.

Children getting aborted in Texas is more important than children getting shot in the same state because “mUh fREedOms”.

its not "gun laws" which need to be passed..... its mental health laws that need to be passed

since the late 70's when liberals closed all the institutions and sanitariums due to being "in-humane", mental health is the 800lb gorilla in the room that is never addressed

Because to change the Constitution one party is not enough.

They didn't do it under Obama either and they had the votes.

The best Obama could do was hold back the bullets.

Blah blah blah.

Unless there is popular support, one party can't just do something that vast majorities of the country doesn't want.

Obviously there is no popular support for gun control once the details of said gun control come up.

How many years are you guys going to say this without understanding that in general, "gun control" is not popular in the USA?

I believe we need to repell "Gun Safe" zones around schools and explicitly allow any Concealed Carry licensee to carry inside any building without security guard including schools, libraries and townhalls.

You didn't read my post. I asked about Democrats, not Republicans. The Democrats could do it without the Republicans if they wanted to. The Republicans technically have no say as the minority.

Lol, another clown.

Please do tell what programs and acts Republicans have raised and sponsored that are to fund more money into mental health. I’ll make it easier for you.

https://www.govtrack.us/congress/bil...al_health/6176

Look at the link above and notice MOST of the programs to address mental health issues are sponsored by democrats. The main funders of mental health advocacy are usually left-wing.

Here’s a thought. If the shooter of 19 kids was aborted would he have been alive to go and do it?
