Hillary set in motion an attempt to remove a duly elected president. Not only that, but the actions by her and her cohorts made it very difficult for the duly elected president to do his job throughout his presidency. How is that not sedition? How does the 1st Amendment right to free speech factor into that?

According to the FBI, the small few, who'd actually had plans, had no plans after reaching the goal of entering the Capitol. No plans to overthrow, no plans to takeover, nothing, zip, zilch. How is that sedition, or the favored word by the anti-Trumpers "insurrection", and not a 1st Amendment right to free speech?

Oh that is rich.. The real sedition was the riots by lefties burning ,looting and injuring many policemen and many Americans died because of it. And it was supported by the lefties.

Lets see if she will finally be brought to justice.

Trump ran on lock her up. And as soon as he won he flip flopped. It could have been done then. Reality is she is not going to be charged with anything. If Trump did not have the guts to do it Biden's AG wont.

I don't think that word means what you think it means. Please explain how a riot becomes sedition.

Actually it’s ludicrous to think her or because Trump would ever be locked up, hence zero reason to try…but many folks have this fantasy that a POTUS, former POTUS, VP, former VP, First Lady, etc…, would ever face such consequences, hence it’s hilarious that Dems actually think they’re going to “get him”.

No two ways about it. It's conspiracy to topple the government of the United States.
A direct attack on our democracy.

She was not in office so had nothing to do with the impeachment nor hiring Mueller. Trump wasn't exonerated by Mueller, by the way. That was Barr's spin on things.

Yeah, the Capitol folks had no plan except to hang Pence with that gallows that they constructed. Nothing to see there. They were trying to stop the certification of a duly elected president using terrorist tactics. BTW, Hillary wasn't trying to "take over" anything, just so you know.
