Seems like they're slowly making some progress in finding the leaker.

At least one law clerk is among a small group of suspects in the Supreme Court's investigation of the leaked draft abortion-rights ruling, according to a Wall Street Journal report published Friday.
Officials have narrowed their investigation but have not yet identified the person who leaked the draft ruling, sources familiar with the matter told WSJ. A spokesperson for the Supreme Court did not immediately return Insider's request for comment.
I don't care about left v right, this is kind of a big deal and needs to be dealt with no matter who did it. We've gotten to the point where "leaking" info about people and things get's overlooked by the drama it causes and that's not right. The leaking IS the drama IMO and needs to be handled. Every "leak" should = a job lost unless it's another tired celebrity sex tape or something
BS. They just don't want to name a justice as the offender because then they will have to sanction her if not kick her off the court.
I agree with you insofar as I am sure the leaker's identity is at least strongly suspected.
However, it's a stretch to suppose that it was a justice who did it. And I'm guessing that if there was evidence that would hold up in court, the name would be released.

wise latina? that's my guess.
