I worked today, just as much traffic as any other day, but gas is at $4.70 a gallon, I figured they would at least be telling people to reduce their driving or try to stay home, but I havent heard it yet.
This is why gas keeps going up...they know people will pay it. They may whine and cry a little, but in the end, they pay up.

When they switch the pundits will complain that they are wasting money when they have perfectly good cars and the oil industry will complain that they are being dissed by the government...

It will get worst for those who have to drive to work. Not everyone can carpool or take a cheaper way out.
