Well somebody deserves jail time for trying to disallow the votes of 81 million Americans. Tossing this guy in jail for failure to cooperate with a Congressional investigation is a start.
Now we wait and see whether he chooses to flip or go to prison. Either way, the timing is excellent considering the 1/6 Committee begins public hearings six days from now.
Mark Meadows may join him soon. The DOJ was requested to indict him IIRC back in February.
Except he doesn’t have to do either of those things.

Yes, everything they do is to keep Americans from having the chance to reelect DJT.
Congress does not have that kind of power. They can ask questions, and he can just sit there and grin.
The DOJ does have that kind of power, and they are the ones who indicted him. Navarro is in serious trouble. Grand Juries don’t normally indict unless a case appears to be airtight. He could go to jail for two years, all of which must be served, and fined $200,000.
Navarro is 72 years old. He can go to jail or cut a plea deal - those are his choices.
Typical of our corruptly partisan DOJ and judicial system — Sussman goes free, Navarro indicted
If Moscow Mitch hadn’t shortstopped Merrick Garland’s nomination to SCOTUS there is a possibility someone else would be the AG with a different set of priorities. Blame Mitch directly for being a short sighted jerk.

Or he can appeal and he will win.
This is not a legitimate Congressional Committee. It isn't following any House rules.
They got him now…if, maybe, sounds like, could, looks like, but, perhaps, etc…
