I said in my OP that he was representing himself because he didn't want to spend his retirement. See post #60.
I explained to you the reasoning behind executive privilege. If you don't like my explanation, please explain why you think he does. He is indicted because he didn't pay attention when the same reason he gave for noncompliance was struck down by the courts multiple times in other cases. To continue doing the same thing they did and expecting different results is either ignorance, lunacy, or incompetence.
You said he doesn’t understand executive privilege which you’ve yet to prove your claim, and you don’t know anything about his retirement money and why he’s representing himself. You’re assuming, alleging, and speculating.
Who said anything about why he’s being indicted?
I do agree with that. Dems expecting to get because Trump by doing the same thing over and over again for 5+ years is ignorance, lunacy, and incompetence. Not only is there zero proof, but to actually think a POTUS or former POTUS would ever sniff prison is the ultimate lunacy.

Omg. Is he really representing himself? I did not know that. Not such a big deal for the grand jury But would he represent himself in trial? Now that is pure lunacy.

IIRC, when you testify before a Grand Jury you don’t normally have a attorney present. It’s just you and the GJ. He’s apparently too cheap to defend himself properly, because he doesn’t want to spend money from his retirement savings. If he really represents himself at trial he’ll have a fool for a lawyer. At 72, if he goes to federal prison for two years, he may not need that retirement.

You really shouldn’t comment before you read the articles I posted. He is the one who is talking about his retirement, not me.
He obviously doesn’t think he has much to worry about.
Proof to him not knowing about executive privilege?
Whatever he thinks he knows doesn’t mean you can ignore a scotus ruling as if it didn’t happen. And they ruled that executive privilege does not stand here. And kavanaugh wrote the opinion.
I’m sure the prosecution will be sure to mention it to the jury.

He’ll be fine. Just more wishing and hoping like we’ve seen sOOOO many times before…and everyone has an opinion, and the anti-Trump folks opinions are always wrong when it comes to getting him.

The laughable part is that he is going to act as his own attorney instead of hiring one and spending his retirement, and he doesn't even understand what "executive privilege" is and who it extends to.
^Hilarious.
Yeah, those who obviously don't know how the world works have been saying that for the past few years, and then their dear leader and his son, Hunter and his dad, made their followers look like idiots by hiding like scared chickens at the very thought of rushing out to prove their innocence.
Please prove where Mueller and the SIC stated "there was collusion".
I have posted the link to the Mueller Report and the SIC report on this board at least ten times. Google them and read them. They’re not that hard to find.
