Guilty as charged. I won't apologize for understanding actual science. Pandemic denial is the latest variation of flat-earthers for the tinfoil hat crowd.

I am far from a leftist. On almost any other topic I am in 100% agreement with many of the posters in this thread. But you're simply not on the right science regarding this topic.

You are the problem.
Don't you love the small of false victimhood in the morning?
Oh, but only if the world knew how you suffer.
Cue the tiny violins...

COVID kills people and is highly contagious.
What don't you understand about a global pandemic?
The government is responsible for public health.
It issued guidelines.
Were you forcibly masked?
Were guards placed at your door?
If you lost your job for noncompliance, it was your choice.
You made a bad decision.

As for high gas prices for your guzzler, talk to the oil companies.
Maybe buy an electric car? There is public transportation.
Do you own a bike? Walking is a form of healthy exercise.
Oil companies have manipulated gas prices for years.

Plenty of people got mad. I've been mad since Biden became president. Those things you mention were not federal but mandated by individual state governments and employers.

I live in a red state that did not shut down the economy, did not confine anyone to their homes, did not instate mask mandate, and did not force vaccines. None of those things affected me much personally. Paying double for a gallon of gas affects me directly.

Lets see, as far as myself the economy wasnt shut down, I was never confined to my home, I was never force to get a vaccine or lose my job ( I am not vaxed, never had covid that I know of). I drive a 2022 diesel F-250 truck that was purchased knowing the fuel is sky rocketing.

Am I mad ? not at all
