Would today's Democrat Party order a hit on someone to keep power?

Absolutely.

So much silly speculation. Y'all know people die, right?

And if anyone is likely call a hit on someone it's the wannabe Mafioso Trump crime family. They're already engaging in witness tampering.

Dudes.

The man was sick and he died.
My sister's late brother in law was sick with cancer too. They said he was very ill. He died of covid.

Having cancer isn't one of those conditions that causes someone to conveniently die the day before they were to give damning evidence. Note that he was due to testify ... How sick could he have been with cancer that he could be scheduled to testify? Cancer does not cause SAD. Just saying. He could have died from other causes but under the circumstances, it sure sounds suspicious. But we will never know.

Yup.

Maybe he was going to sing about Trump...wonder why the suspicious minds never go there, to the obvious?

But we do know that either way, nobody would off anyone the day before his testimony. It's not like any group with that kind of power would not have already known for a while that he "knew something" so that the timing could have come earlier.

I mean come on. A Columbo rerun could figure this much out.

The dude died.
