I’m not changing science. I’m discussing it.

Neither is a fertilized human ovum, not implanted in the uterine wall, a human being. It’s a human seed. Men like to call their sperm seed but they aren’t. They’re pollen. The seed is created when the sperm unite with the egg.

And human seeds are not human beings.
A fertilized human ovum, not implanted in the uterine wall is not a pregnancy.

Right. It’s a fertilized egg that some say are human beings.

But they’re not human beings. They’re people seeds.

It is a human fertilized egg, but until it has implanted the life process hasn't begun.

The life process began with the maturation of the egg and the production of the sperm. The process continues when the sperm were successfully placed in the vicinity of the egg. And then with the sperm penetrating the egg wall. And then and then. Declaring exactly when life “begins” is impossible. It’s a continuum without a clear beginning.

It's not alive?

A fertilized egg is alive, just as an unfertilized egg and separate sperm are each alive. But it takes implantation for the life process of growing and developing to occur.

It’s completely a continuum. Life doesn’t have a moment where the life of an embryo begins. Because it’s been alive all along. So we need to determine where legally life begins for the purpose of legal protection.

I suggest 12 weeks.

It actually isn’t what you said.
