We don't have open borders. And states have no authority to enforce immigration laws. This "invasion" angle makes for nice politics - nothing gets Republicans riled like "open borders" - but has no chance in the courts. Even in the right wing Republican Supreme Court. Republicans are being played.

You cannot seal a land border the length of the border between the US and Mexico. It's impossible. And, unless you want to stop all cross border trade with Mexico, there will still be hundreds of thousands of crossings of that border every day, which means there is potential for illegal things to happen.
Those 250-350,000 people swarming into the US across the Border every month disagree with you.
Someone has to protect our Country and orders. Biden is certainly not doing the job he took an oath to uphold.
