I would of course object to that sort of language, but to argue that (often times) causing additional harm of a mental and/or physical nature to children who are already likely suffering from one or more clinical diagnoses, is somehow synonymous with 'medical treatment' in the noble tradition of the same is equally, if not more, obscene.

What you're not allowed to do - per some quick looking at OW - is require that everyone should pay for Medicaid treatment for hormone blockers and other non-surgical treatments (because in any sentient society, nobody is paying for your elective surgery).
At the least, you'll need to define what's allowed as "gender" treatment and what's not.
Because it's one thing to proclaim "I'm a woman trapped in a biological male!" or vice versa. It's nothing but mental illness 100% of the time to claim "asexual" or "non-binary" or worse ... "furry".
