It isn't sexist to recognize that there are differences with the sexes. That's not sexist.
All of your posts in this thread have been spot on. I didn't read it as anger or ungratefulness on her part, just a simple acknowledgment that if she wanted another child she was going to have to retire. She had a great run and is a great inspiration for girls everywhere.

Do you all not like her because she plays tennis or is a woman?

You all seem awfully hard on her feeling sad about having to give up her passion and work since she was a child.

Even harder to give up knowing how much she has accomplished.

I truly hate to be so vulgar, but go f*$% yourself, Ms. Williams! You are a world renowned tennis champion, who holds many records and awards. Yet, you still find some way to be a victim...

Sigh.
What is she talking about. She is a billionaire. She has personal trainers, personal cooks, nannies and a husband and lots of money and resources. How hard is for her compare if she was a man? Dumb jock.

Another man talks about child birth. Williams is not referring to the care of a baby once born.

She is talking about carrying a fetus and then having a baby and what that does to your body and recovering from it.

Another black American millionaire, with a white American millionaire spouse, claiming to be a victim as she’s set to retire at 41.

That’s what we call black American privilege.

She’s clearly a victim of the female anatomy.

Oh the horror of bearing a child that you voluntarily wanted to bear. Why is biology so sexist?

SHe doesn't hate anything except having to give up her passion since she was a kid.

And no one is forcing her to have another.

But she still can be sad that for a woman, choosing to have a kid means you have to give up your passion.

tom Brady never had to miss a game when he became a dad. It just kind of happened -- miracle.
