A federal judge ordered Monday that an independent special master be appointed to review the records seized by the FBI during its raid of former President Trump's Mar-a-Lago home and ordered the Justice Department stop its own review of the material for investigative purposes.
U.S. District Judge from the Southern District of Florida Judge Aileen M. Cannon ordered that the special master be appointed to "review the seized property, manage assertions of privilege and make recommendations thereon, and evaluate claims for return of property."
The Court hereby authorizes the appointment of a special master to review the seized property for personal items and documents and potentially privileged material subject to claims of attorney-client and/or executive privilege," the order states.
Good but who will this special Master be? and couldn't they have used a better name than that? Isn't Master one of those trigger words that scare people? Wouldn't Special Overseer" be better... oh wait...
Whoever this person is if they have any ties to the Left their findings will no doubt skew towards LOCK HIM UP! If he has ties to the Right anything he finds will not be believed and the Dems and their media will bury it.
It sounds like a no win situation for Trump and that is exactly what they want.
Now the information brought out about the search, its targets, what it actually found... and the differences between the two... will be evaluated by somebody genuinely neutral, instead of just the usual hordes of far-left-leaning liars and hysterics.

Who would you recommend do the job? Who would be "geniunely neutral" enough to satisfy?
The judge's order doesn't say anything about the whole search being evaluated, just the seized materials. This whole task is pointless/ludicrous in the extreme. But we will see how it all comes out.
