Not sure what Finland not paying a bill has anything to do with the American President??? I didn't read the article you posted but found another source. This power accounts for ~10% of Finland's power, and like you point out, they will increase importation from Sweden and domestic production so it will not have any measurable effect. Maybe your gateway pundit article, somehow, links Biden to another country not paying a bill. Sec'y of Defense Austin recently got through to Russia's Defense Minister by phone. He's been calling daily since the war began, but only last Friday did the Russian side pick up. It's too early to party yet, but those closely involved are hoping it's a positive sign. Austin did not back his counterpart into a corner. He expressed support for a ceasefire, and for keeping the lines of communication open, with the goal of bringing about an end to the war.
