Do you actually support what Amazon is doing with its quasi-monopoly power, or do you just reflexively hate any time *liberal state* sues *corporation* ?

You didn't ask me, but I buy quite a lot from Amazon, especially for hard to find items, because it's convenient and if what you want is made, they probably have it. It saves a lot of time and driving around.

When I have one choice of a hair product in Walgreens that cost $25.00 vs. a choice of several similar products from Amazon at $6.99 I would certainly choose the Amazon product. Many essential items can't be found in the stores since the pandemic, and the ones which are available are overpriced, but I know I can find what I wanted at Amazon. Amazon gives the people what they want, the other stores should follow their example.

If they broke the law then as in this case, let the courts sort it out.
In general I have no beef with them.
While some folks here will certainly drag on liberal (or conservative) areas due to their politics, CA is it's own special animal when it comes to many things.
Frankly, I think you can argue that CA is prone to sue or discretionarily prosecute along political lines so I don't give them any high ground.
I shop both Walmart and on Amazon BECAUSE the prices are lower.
Is CA losing tax revenue from their brick and mortar businesses ?
