Anyone that would think that because the woman will have to experience the completely normal process of pregnancy & childbirth (done over a hundred billion times), that is somehow a meritorious reason to be able to execute the gestating baby...is demonstrating the most evil and depraved mindset possible.
And I so hope that the decent and reasonable will return the legality of that to what is the only moral position...with full.penalties for violating that law.
We must grant "Personhood" status to the gestating...so they get all the rights and protections under The Constitution. And shield them from those that would be so sick & vile that they would actually kill them.

That should not be reason to allow the execution of the innocent. And for most of the time, it wasn't.
I hope that the law changes to punish anybody so vile and evil that they would ever think that they should be allowed to kill another innocent human so they can avoid a totally normal & natural process, that most women that have existed in history have experienced many times.
It is only the most sick, vile, and depraved mindset that would choose baby killing to avoid the reproductive process...unless there is risk to the woman's life (stretchmarks don't count).
This just goes to show how low and depraved this society has become.
