It's amazing how different being a child is nowadays from when I was a kid in the 70s.

I went to school with boys and girls. No LBGT that I was aware of. Maybe a few in high school who weren't flamers.

You could watch somewhat wholesome shows on tv without the violence, promiscuity, swearing, etc.

Much less likely to have a broken home.

Religion, patriotism, family life, neighborhoods, etc. were still celebrated.

Didn't stare at a little cell phone screen for several hours a day. Watched a lot of TV, but still went outside to play for much of the day.

Never exposed to pornography, especially the dehumanizing type. The bra section of the Sears catalog was about it.
Well the cartoons were really violent in those days. I always felt sorry for poor Wiley Coyote and for Tom and Sylvester.

And regular TV had wholesome shows, but there were a lot of westerns and war shows as well. They just didn't dwell on the violence. Even humorous police shows like to focus on the dead bodies now.

I do agree that letting kids play together teaches many skills.

Some preschool curriculums advocate for it. DD tells me she can get 2-3 year old people cooperating while engaging in what is considered play. She can help them identify their own emotions and respond to them in a constructive way. Her opinion is that cooperation is far better for the self esteem of the kids than everything in the classroom predicated on competition.
Any decent preschool curriculum emphasizes play. That's how they learn to socialize. And they are too young to drill and kill.

The experts on children all said the same thing. Fauci and Co. didn't care.

Fauci, Inc. was sponsored by George Soros. They don't care about us regular people. All they cared about was ousting Trump and undermining America, and who cares about the collateral damage. So they ruined a whole generation of kids' mental health by brainwashing their parents with a liberal agenda, while his own kids went to super-elite private schools that never shut down.

My first thought was prescription medications: https://www.vox.com/science-and-heal...de-side-effect

"Americans commonly use more than 200 drugs that carry depression or suicidal symptoms as side effects"

https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-...s/art-20047502

"Because of the risk of suicide from depression, it's difficult to establish a clear causal relationship between antidepressant use and suicide. There could be a variety of potential reasons for an increased risk. In some children, antidepressants may also trigger anxiety, agitation, hostility, restlessness or impulsive behavior. These effects may indicate that the child's depression is getting worse or that the child is starting to develop suicidal thoughts."

https://pharmaceutical-journal.com/a...-41-since-2015

"Number of young children prescribed antidepressants has risen by 41% since 2015"

Big Pharma and the FDA will be the death of us all, so quit worrying about a possible nuclear war!

I’m surprised no one has mentioned the removal of fathers from the family unit.
