It's actually childlike and naive to assume that anyone can maintain a conspiracy requiring ~50,000 election workers across the country in various states & local districts to remain quiet. Anyone talks or slips up, sends an email to the wrong person, decides they want hush money or fame, will destroy it and unleash one of the biggest scandals in this nation's history.

If there's really some cabal running the elections and picking candidates, they picked Trump, too. I don't see how it could be any other way.
