If Alex Jones gets hammered for 1 bill over telling lies I think GP getting hit with 3 mill over physical harm is well inbounds.

Wow, she is complaining that it is unfair that this guy is suing her. She is NOT coming off well.

I guess the doctor waited until she had 3 million to hand over for his emotional damage.

So much drama! It's a public ski facility, expect to see people of various skill levels and abilities, and be prepared for the occasional accident. And if you're too frail for a bump from a smallish woman (we're not talking about Mike Obama here)-perhaps stay off the slopes. Or go on seniors day.

LOL. Yeah no. If you mess someone up in a "accident" that you are at fault for you can expect to pay damages. Thats life.

Would she allow those injuries to be inflicted upon her instead if the guy agreed that they would be even?

I don't know her-but I would like to think that she could act like an adult and expect that an accident on a public ski slope is a reasonable expectation. Don't like the risk, don't go there. No one forces either to be on that slope. I'm actually surprised that here aren't wavers to sign before going out.

And? Are the facts in question? In the end thats what is relevant in my opinion. Did she cause this harm or not? Unless theres some time limit for him to bring the case I dont see why it matters if the basic facts are true.

The judge already ruled on that as noted in the article.
Now she's suing him...that's what the article is about.
