I am not a fan of Paltrow. However, there’s nothing that shows she hit him or he hit her. Considering the chaotic nature of the ski slopes with so many people ignorant or ignoring the rules of the slopes it’s entirely possible both skiers were at fault for the accident.

That could be, and/or they both believe themselves innocent. There is an eye witness on the doctor's online panel that apparently stated it was the fault of the actress.
At this point, they could've shown that illusive go pro video of Sanderson running full steam into Paltrow and I'd still want the jury to give Sanderson the win and the $$.

They must have enough witnesses who swear under oath that she did.

It’s a ridiculous lawsuit. Unless she was drunk or high and it was documented with a test this should be dismissed. But our legal system is a joke so it won’t.
