The student body is 41.5% none-white or International but the faculty is only 11.3% none-white they want to attract a more diverse faculty to better mirror the students they are serving. I realize that Fox would love to spin this into appearance over substance but as a school that is historically viewed as all white they want education professionals who might not have considered them to take another look.
This is emblematic of a republic in the last stages of terminal collapse. We are now Brazil with dangerous weapons.
Our colleges have been indoctrinating our students with liberalism, etc. for some time now. Now it's CRT and preferential hiring of professors that fit that narrative and other racially charged agendas including what they have to wear now to appeal to minorities?

Why does race even matter? It sounds as though you want the university to discriminate against white people in the hiring process, which would be racist. Are you trying to suggest that racism is acceptable in certain instances?

It is racism, pure and simple. The left is the biggest perpetrator of racism and hatred.
