Forget for the moment that it is entirely political circus regards #4913961R.
What does Jordan think he is foisting on his rubes?
GOP is all about guns unlimited. Then blames the DA's for not having cleaned up their mess.
How could DA's possibly fix gun violence. Last I checked their role was to prosecute crimes according to the laws. Is crime prevention mandated in their job description? That would fall to folks like Jordan.
What is needed is better gun laws an then more cops, judicial resources, prisons etc.
If we consider gun crime stats in relation to gun numbers we can predict how much more of our population will need to be in prison to fix the current situation and how many more as gun numbers increase. How will we fund that? Prison tax on guns and bullets?
But sure. Let's blame the DA's
There are already thousands of gun laws on the books, and there is a fact about criminals that you seem to be missing. Criminals don't obey laws. Say there are 20,000 laws on the books, is the criminal going to finally end their life of crime because of law 20,001? Let's just enforce and hold people accountable for violating the laws we have already.
The DA's that are NOT prosecuting these crimes are the problem. Cops and Detectives do an excellent job in trying to solve these crimes and present them to the DA. But then you have DAs who publically state that they aren't going to prosecute certain crimes. They minimize serious violent crimes into minor misdemeanors where instead of life sentences, they are out in months.
Prisons, we don't need more prisons. We just need Progressives to stop and close the Prisons we have. Just as an example, CA has closed several prisons in the last could of years and is planning on closing a couple more in the next two years.
Hey OP, no comment on the MSU shooting, and how it just might not have happened had the shooters previous firearms charge had not been dropped from a felony to a misdemeanor ?
Not a peep about the abuse of the DA's. However, "OMG how can someone go after our corrupt DA's".
Or Gosh, Why are those 15 punks bashing in the head of a 97 year old lady! They will get their crimes slimmed down to a parking ticket with Bragg at the wheel.

are you sure they are doing it? are you 100% sure?
also,
Guns have been in this country for as long as this country has been in existence.
But now all of the sudden guns are now to blame for the spike in crimes?
Can left-wingers ever try to be coherent with their political bs? This DA is engaging in rogue prosecution not just because what Trump did isn't a crime, the supposed criminal act happened too long ago as the statute of limitations has expired for both felony and misdemeanor charges.
Well, these DAs are the bototm of the barrel and either doing terrible jobs or deliberately destroying the districts they're supposed to serve under orders of George Soros. So it makes perfect sense to sane people.
