She's Hispanic. Did you forget that she said black and brown businesses? I'm sure she is more concerned about the latter and just threw in blacks to since they are also minorities. Probably an illegal alien supporter to due to her ethnic ties to them and being a Democrat.

Her stolen land remark is probably about Mexico once holding parts of the southwest but it wasn't stolen it was fought for and bought by the U.S. government.
