Was Donald Trump not already in the White House? and
Why did he not do this six years ago?
Were you not alive during that time?
The corrupt and politicized deep state convince over half the nation that Trump was a traitor to the nation and colluding with the Russians. Few Republicans wanted to work with a president who may have been a traitor, to move their agenda. So Trump has hardly able to accomplish anything at all.
FDR sent back all illegals (100% of them), in the millions of Mexicans and Central Americans back to their home country regardless if they were born here. Trump should do that too.
It was Hoover, not FDR, that did that. It was due to scapegoating Mexicans for the problems of the Great Depression. It was also unconstitutional then, as now.

Good question. I guess Trump was one of the idiots who let this happen in his Presidency. Yep, he had 4 years and his campaign was built on an anti-immigration platform. It appears he is back with his old tricks again: promising his base the sky.
So idiots voted for a senile pedophile puppet who’s puppeteers are allowing millions of illegal invaders.
Sorry, but it's going to take a whole lot more than a president to dislodge the disastrous leftist policies that are now engrained in our society. My guess is that we can't stop our train from going off the end of the tracks at that collapsed bridge just ahead.

Unconstitutional to not let illegal aliens into the country? Since when?
about time....what kind of idiots lets this go on in the first place
Trump Pledges Executive Order on ‘Day One’ of Presidency to End Birthright Citizenship for Illegal Aliens, ‘Birth Tourism’
"Former President Donald Trump, the GOP frontrunner for president in 2024, rolled out a new policy pledge on Tuesday in which he promised if elected he would sign an executive order on day one of his second term in office effectively ending birthright citizenship for illegal aliens and so-called “birth tourism.”
...
It speaks volumes that neither Trump nor many of his his supporters seem to realize that a president doesn't have the legal ability to do this ... not by executive order nor any other means "on day one".
It would take an amendment to the constitution.
To be fair, Trump probably does already know he can't do it, he was probably advised as much already ... he also knows that his base is mostly so clueless they will just run with it.
It's just more farting out of his mouth to get the base all ginned up
