Very true. And in Federal cases, over 95% of the time the indictments are proven to be facts, and the perpetrator is convicted. If Trump really believes he can defy the odds he is a dreamer, particularly as we listen to him dig his hole deeper and deeper with every interview.

Why are we still talking about (de)classification of documents when it's irrelevant? None of the charges are for possessing classified documents.

I don't have a statute. But there are plenty of statutes of alleged criminal activity in the indictment if you read it.

Someone brought up a good point. Why do the defense attorneys need security clearances to view documents that aren't classified?

Yes, I have. Please cite which of the 37 counts are for possessing classified documents.

This is what the USFW person in charge of the Malheur Wildlife Refuge did to the Hammonds in Oregon.

It will only take another 150 times of repeating the same things for it to sink in.

Oh wait.

The game being played is where one side pretends not to understand what's written or understand any part of the indictment, and then posits the same questions or makes the same ridiculous arguments over and over again. Then the other side participates by repeating the same answers over and over again, day after day after day.

Trump's trial is scheduled for August 2023 for the federal documents case. August is the expected month for the GA indictments to be announced. Trump could have a schedule conflict between getting booked in GA versus attending his federal trial in Florida. Perhaps they delay his federal trial a couple days so he can be arraigned in GA.

He's really going to be busy. Not busy playing golf, but busy trying to stay out of prison.
