Let me guess, this degenerate has multiple prior arrests, hardly spent any time behind bars, and is 'mentally ill.'
They use the "mentally ill" trope to imply it's not his fault. That way no one can say the guy's actually a vicious racist and they won't have to attempt to charge a black man with a hate crime.

Now...I often walked along 19th Ave to Borders bookstore (where Target is today) around 7:30 in the evening. I would read for a couple of hours and then walked home. So I was concerned when I saw the notices.
The robberies/assaults were taking in place around the 28-bus stop at State and along 19th Ave. (I assume the riffraff was coming from Ocean view.)
Anyway, I just stop going to Borders during the evening.
These sort of interactions need to be treated like terrorist attacks. At the very least, they are attacks on society, since the assailants seem to be targeting random people. People should not be made to live in fear, but they will be forced to if the criminal element continues to become more and more embolden. These far left controlled cities need to make a hard right in order to correct this growing concern. Someone like Rudy Giuliani would be a vast improvement over what is in place now in most of these cities.
