That poster didn't say he had, just that he will. He's known for using any lame excuse to blame things on those on the other side of the aisle.

News Media have been making lot of comments not sure about Biden. Like I said before wet roads someone going to fast not expecting those cars blocking. City streets have oil built up on them I know how people drive in big cities. They sit in traffic all day when they get an open road, they haul ass. The SS didn't even pull the guy out of the car just talked to him.
Lol @ the title of that video:
"SHOCKING MOMENT: Car Crashes Into Vehicle In Biden's Motorcade Moments After He Enters SUV"

Yea it was truly "shocking", probably the most shocking thing I'd ever seen.

eta: Title says "moments 'after' he enters SUV"?

It was a setup, the reporter had asked a hard question so they had to do something to deflect from it.

"Mr President, why are you losing to Trump in the polls?"

Quote:
Biden sure looked stiff walking to the SUV almost looks like he had a stroke.

You are just now noticing how he's walking? He's had the dementia stiff legged gait for quite a while now.

Yeah, the poor guy has probably been imprisoned to wait for his trial to begin in a couple of years.

What was his answer? Did he say “depends on which poll?” Why use depends at all.

Why? That was an idiot move on his part. Thank God he didn't hit a pedestrian.

It doesn't appear to have been a malicious act, just a stupid one unlike Biden who manages to do both exceptionally well.
