A successional amendment will never happen, it would take two thirds of all States and a Constitutional Convention. Does anyone ever see that happening in this political environment?

The only folks jonesing for secession (and often civil war as well) are conservatives who act like children wanting to take their toys and go home.

Your ilk might be one of the reasons citizens might want to secede. Have you considered that?

Politics of division, you just affirmed why some feel secession is the right way to go . Conservatives respect the constitution and the rule of law.

Right…whatever you say bud.

"A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution," Trump wrote on Truth Social on December 3, 2022. "Our great 'Founder' did not want, and would not condone, False & Fraudulent Elections!"

You're probably right, however ....In Texas v. White (1869), the Supreme Court ruled unilateral secession unconstitutional, while commenting that revolution or consent of the states could lead to a successful secession.

Hey!
How about almost autonomous States with a federal government consisting of it's small limited Constitutional powers?

Would that not be grand?

The US could be broken up into 2 pieces like the EU...

The Progressive side and the Conservative side.
Of course we're all still citizens and can freely move/travel among all

Maybe then we can all live in peace.
