The DA seems to think so, and Cohen's deposition under oath and his live testimony during the trial will be a focal point of the prosecution. Cohen and Trump are the only two people alive who were involved in the payoff. As such, that makes Cohen a reliable eyewitness.
A jury will decide what is true and not true in the case, which witnesses to believe or not believe. Receipts shown will certainly get a jury's attention.

Cohen has said he made the payment to keep Daniels from coming out with the story before the election. Cohen was repaid in several installments by Trump. The payments were not listed on the ledger as "Hush Money" but were paid from Trump Org funds.
The accounting is fraudulent, but also at issue is the context of keeping Daniels quiet to protect his reputation during a campaign, in other words a donation under the table to Trump's campaign.
Cohen will be testifying in the trial. You can also read his book. He detailed a lot of what he will say under oath.

Citizen Trump is going to trial. He's not above the law. A grand jury found enough evidence for this to proceed to trial; now as a citizen, he faces the possibility of being found innocent or guilty. Hush money payments to a porn star. Is nothing off limits for the GOP to get upset about.
