Yes it takes 1 jury. However 60% of New York voted for Biden. Sure there is a chances that Trump supporter might be 1 of 12 jury but that is that not high of a chances

1. One juror not agreeing to indict on one of the counts merely results in a hung jury for that count, not a 'not guilty' verdict. If there is a hung jury on any of the counts they can re-try Trump for those counts. We've explained this before.
2. This is not the fraud civil trial, this is the Stormy Daniels hush money criminal trial.

Why would SCOTUS get involved in a local fraud trial conducted in Manhattan? Is there a constitutional issue here that would interest them?

You do know we are talking about New Tour city, right?

The vast majority of the elected officials are DEMS.

So, what do you think the make-up of the jury panel will be?

Juries don't find people innocent. The best he can hope for is not guilty.

Hardly. Trump's fraud trial is not an issue SCOTUS would ever hear. That is not their job.

What you are suggesting might be brought up as part of a different case, but since it is not already a matter addressed in this one, it would be rejected.

After that issue is settled separately, Trump could appeal if he can show the ruling applies to his case. Otherwise, still no.
