Yes it takes 1 jury. However 60% of New York voted for Biden. Sure there is a chances that Trump supporter might be 1 of 12 jury but that is that not high of a chances

1. One juror not agreeing to indict on one of the counts merely results in a hung jury for that count, not a 'not guilty' verdict. If there is a hung jury on any of the counts they can re-try Trump for those counts. We've explained this before.

What you are suggesting might be brought up as part of a different case, but since it is not already a matter addressed in this one, it would be rejected.
After that issue is settled separately, Trump could appeal if he can show the ruling applies to his case. Otherwise, still no.
