Agreed. The constant "the sKy is FaLlinG!!!1!" nonsense from the far right wing would depress anyone.

The truth is that conservatives are happier than liberals.

Why conservatives are happier than liberals - Real Clear Science

Interesting finding... liberals tend much more to be neurotic.

“Money can't buy happiness but it can buy a yacht that sails right next to it.”

― David Lee Roth

Quote:
What’s hurting happiness

The latest happiness report didn’t ask participants to give reasons for their happiness levels. Helliwell and other researchers suspect part of the decline among younger adults reflects their spending less time interacting with people in person than on social media. Other experts in psychology and neurology, and some young Americans themselves, blame worries about money, loneliness and anxiety about their own futures and what is happening in the world around them.

On GPS this morning on CNN, FZ mentioned this, focusing on two groups.....the group you cited above (those of us over 60 at #10), and those under age thirty....ranked at #62...just behind the Dominican Republic.

IMO, the bolded is true in my extended family (and it isn't a money issue on either side/viewpoint...everyone has enough money).

Liberals are just a miserable lot.
Never happy. Always complaining about something.
And they have no sense of humor which is very disturbing, almost non human.
For a group that loves to tout how intelligent, educated and refined they are, they have zero grasp on the concept of sarcasm. Very bizarre. Maybe they really are reptilian aliens from an alternate dimension?

Biden has done a CRAP job for the younger generations of Americans, and they know it.

Unless they had a college debt, lol. They love him for making the taxpayer cover their debt.
