Let's face it. According to the left, we're all racists. They can think that all they want. I don't care what they think or what words they don't want me to use. They are idiots and don't own me. I refuse to be brainwashed.
No on eis asking you to stop using blacklisted or compelling you too, but for peopel writing formal reports their employer can tell them what word means what classification, and they dont have to keep it the word that you like, you have nothing to do with this, or your personal preferences. I am 45 an I roll my eyes t half of this stuff, but its not for me, the young people its their world I dont care.

So words like "blackballed" should be ok right, since it's not based on race?

Why are so offended by change, if they start calling the list golist/banlist why does that bother you?
How are those words racist?

If you're so fragile that the word "blacklist" offends you, you shouldn't be anywhere near the halls of power, never mind burrowed into our security apparatus.

Is it black Americans, or self-regarding (mostly) white Americans morally elevating themselves supposedly on behalf of black Americans? Does anyone in the 'hood in Chicago or Memphis or St. Louis actually give a damn about the word "blacklist"?

I'm sure "whitelisted" would be just fine.

I'm kind of surprised the term "blackmail" is still allowed.

You'd think that would become a hot potato by now.

the word black is only offensive to those who live in neighborhoods void of anyone who self identifies as said color

Giving power to the mentally infirm, via popular election, is one of the curses of democrazy.
