I suspected once found, it would be unlike the cushy treatment they would get in the US. I suspect in Russia, they may well get the punishment that such a crime calls for, here not even close!

At this point being alive is worse than death for them getting tortured around the clock. You could see a plastic bag over one of their heads. But hey if you murder almost 140 people you deserve it.

You are thinking SOVIET Russia.

But in Putin's Russia they don't have death penalty at all. ( Officially so at least.)

Why didn't these "usual, radical ISIS" terrorists keep shooting til the death, blow themselves up or at least do "suicide by police" like the normal strategy they use throughout the rest of the world?

Putin definitely has people targeting him with his years long atrocious war in Chechnya bombing civilians and propping up al-Assad in Syria by killing everyone else in the country, but something seems off by this entire incident.

Most people are ignoring the real question. Ok, these guys are ISIS-K and/or from Tajikistan.

Who directed the attack, who provided the intelligence, and who funded them?

If I had to guess, just like everything else, this will start to leak out over the next few months, and the MSM will completely ignore it all.

Doubt they will be long for this earth. I'm guessing Russian "interrogation tactics" are quite effective.

I have doubts that Ukraine was involved but that's the message Russia wants to portray I guess.

Russia isn't the US when it comes to crime...especially terrorist crime.
And they shouldn't be.

They don't need a trial...the world saw what they did

Sorry - what they did to innocent people can't be forgiven and I wouldn't even give them a trial. Your lax laws and way of thinking is why people become barbarians. You give more rights to the criminals than you do the victims.
