At some point investors will want revenue. Reach is about showing investors a company is capable of making money in the future, it isn't about reach for it's own sake.
This is not the first time Trump has done this. He turned his casino empire (which was heavily in debt and about to collapse) into a publicly traded company and made a lot of money as it went public, before the stock tumbled to 0. The money he made allowed him to pay out his share of the debt (but was not enough to save his business).
No matter how you feel about Trump, I wouldn't touch this stock.
Follow the money, folks. The biggest institutional investor in the Truth Social SPAC is Susquehanna Int’l Group. It was co-founded by GOP billionaire Jeffrey Yass, who is also a major investor in the parent of TikTok. Trump recently did a 180 on banning TikTok. Wonder why?
He is not going to sell his companies to some random outsider. That would be totally unrealistic.
Your second link says he filed paperwork on Jan 23, 2017.
He didn't run his business while president. Was he involved at all - probably so to some extent.
I would rather this - where he is making money, and his employees are making money, and paying taxes... rather than money laundering from foreign countries through university donations, or buying fake artwork for hundreds of thousands of dollars.
We should never have been subjected to any of the bolded.
No one should ever have voted for nor should vote for either Biden or Trump.
